The 16th annual 5th maintenance Battalion Reunion has been Finalized and we are ready to book the Hotel. The dated are are check in on Sunday Aug. 23 through Wednesday night and checkout on Thursday the 27th If you would like Thursday night will be available.
THE HOTEL
Room rates are 117.00 and subject to 9.0% tax and $2.00 City Occupancy tax (or current rates)
Daily check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am
All rates are based on 1-4 person occupancy in each room
Room block may be increased if necessary, based on availability
Individuals will call the Best Western Rapid City Ramkota at (605) 343-8550 to reserve a guest room. Guests must specify they are with 5th Maintenance Battalion to receive the special group rate. Guests must call the Hotel directly to make reservations. The special group rate and room block are not available online or at the Best Western reservation website.
SHUTTLE SERVICE POLICY:
Courtesy shuttle service is available for airport transportation. Area transportation within the city limits is available on a first come first serve basis only. We are unable to accommodate advanced group reservation requests for shuttle service.
WATER PARK PASSES:
Each paid guest room receives up to six (6) wristbands to the water park. Everyone in the pool area three years or older (swimming or just viewing) must have a wristband on. We do sell extra wristbands at the front desk.
ROOM BLOCK/LOCATION:
The Ramkota Hotel will strive to ensure your rooms are blocked together and are located on the ground floor, if possible, but cannot guarantee this.
Hospitality Room
Group will be allowed to bring in dry snacks and alcoholic beverage into Hospitality space. Minervas to provide up to 40lbs of ice and garbage removal daily
A Cash bar at Farewell dinner at Minervas to provide group with a $4 Signature Cocktail for their banquet.
Tours
We are working on finding a tour bus Company that will take us all on a tour to Rushmore, the crazy horse monument, Custer state park and possibly devils tower more info will be provided as the plans are made like cost and a itinerary.
