I'm Don Strine, I was in the 526th from Feb, 68 -Feb, 69. This rock has been on my property all these years and I always knew I was going to do something with it. Well, last year I was thinking about the 526 painted on the rock in the compound and it hit me, I knew what I wanted to do, here it is. I added two names to the memorial, the name on the top left and top right were guys I went to school with from my home town who were also killed in 68. My daughter and son in law painted it for me. I have to tell you it brought a tear or two to my eyes when they were done
