5th Maintenance Battalion T-Shirts

All shirts will have the 5th Maintenance Crest with 5th Maintenance Battalion arched across the top. Then add the company you were with and the year(s). Example: HQ & Main Support Co.  1967
560th Lt. Maint. Company 1967/68

On reunion shirts,a small crest with reunion year and location will be on the pocket side and your name on the opposite side as pictured below.

Kathy, who produces the shirts, is the wife of a fellow Viet Nam Veteran from the 359th Transportation company which was supported by 5th Maintenance and a company where several of us did some TDY duty. The shirts are full color "sublimation" shirts....these aren't transfers so the artwork will not flake off or peel.  There is no need to wash them inside out....they will not fade unless subjected to high (400 degrees) temperatures. (Microwave drying NOT recommended ) The fabric is a special blend of cotton/polyester made specifically for this process.
